The card is not writing video fast enough.

Kodak says this warning appears when an HD recording uses a card below Class 10. More capacity does not fix a slow speed class.

Stop recording and copy any important files to a computer.
Check the card or adapter for a Class 10, U1, U3, V10, V30, V60, or V90 mark.
If the card is below Class 10, replace it. If it already qualifies, back it up, format it in the camera, and retest before buying.
