Whether something will work with your console, which size you need, and where to buy it. We are glad to answer those even if you buy nowhere near us.
What we cannot help with is an order you placed at another retailer. When we send you to Walmart or GameStop you are buying from them, under their terms, and their support team can see your order where we cannot. We will happily point you at the right place.
