Shipping and returns

At the moment we do not sell storage directly. When you press a buy button here you go to that retailer’s own website and buy from them, so their prices, delivery estimate and their returns policy are the ones that apply.

We think that is worth stating plainly rather than leaving you to work it out at checkout.

What that means in practice

• Delivery is quoted by the retailer at their checkout, not by us.
• Returns and refunds go through the retailer you bought from. They can see your order; we cannot.
• The manufacturer warranty comes with the product regardless of who sold it, typically three to five years on the storage we list.

If something goes wrong

Tell us anyway: support@expansionbay.com. We cannot process another retailer’s refund, but we do want to know when a retailer we recommended has let someone down. It changes who we send people to next.

Prices on this site

Every price here is tied to a recent retailer check and disappears when that evidence expires. In this category prices move fast enough that a figure can be wrong within hours, so always confirm on the retailer’s own page before you buy. More on how this is paid for is on how we make money.
